A small exclusive development of 3nr detached 3 bedroomed dormer bungalows and 1nr 4 bedroom detached home – all with garages.

The site was essentially straightforward in the main with the added exception of a public sewer which crossed the site. The site layout was designed with this in mind, creating an easement for future maintainence.

Storm – Due to overloading on the existing sewer infrastructure a 9 cubic meter stormcell system was constructed exiting via 86SXH Hydro-Brake Flow control unit to ensure flow of surface water is controlled.

In the event of heavy rainfall the storage tanks fill first and the subsequent outfall of water is limited to 5 litres per second.

Attic trusses were utilised within the dormer bungalows to provide “room in the roof” space comprising 2 bedrooms and one bathroom
